摘要
Four diterpenoids, yunnaxane (1), taxuyunnanine C (2), yunnanxane (3) and a novel compound, 7 beta-hydroxy-2 alpha,5 alpha, 10 beta, 14 beta-tetraacetoxy-4(20), 11-taxadiene (4), have been isolated from the T. cuspidata callus culture. The structure of the novel diterpenoid, named taxuyunnanin-7 beta-ol, has been established on the basis of spectral data.
