摘要：

Low resource utilization and poor participation enthusiasm are the challenges faced in the construction of modern distance education resource for rural party members and cadres. By analysis of current status, insufficient man-machine interactive, supply and demand contradictions are the common problems existed in the construction of modern distance education resource. This paper put forward the basic principle of modern distance education resource construction for rural party members and cadres and then introduces a resource construction and push mode based on individuality demand positioning.
