摘要：
A compact magnetic spectrometer for high resolution He RBS and other types of ion beam analysis (IBA) has been designed and is currently under construction. This spectrometer is described, including its: energy resolution (similar to 1/2000), broad energy range (88%), compact size (0.9 m x 0.6 m x 0.3 m), electronic switching between 160 degrees and 180 degrees, UHV sample transfer system, and monolithic construction.
