摘要：

Emergency pericardiocentesis can be a lifesaving procedure when pericardial tamponade is present. Ultrasound guidance is recommended to minimize the potential complications of this procedure.10,11 After completing the procedure, continue to monitor the patient for signs or symptoms of recurrent tamponade until definitive care can be provided.
