摘要
Considering the lack of a quantitative evaluation method for the currently organizational structure of coal mine emergency rescue system, this paper, by introducing two concepts of time-effect and quality of information flow, combined with the structure entropy, establishes the time-effect and quality model of calculating order degree of organizational structure of mine emergency rescue system. It also supplies calculation steps of order degree of organizational structure in detail. At last, the author takes a coal mine emergency system as an example, and calculates its order degree of organizational structure.
