摘要
As is known, nitrogen oxide (NO2) is a kind of harm gas, which is the main gas from the vehicle exhaust. It is of great importance to effectively detect the NO2 gas. In this work, the NiO-ZnO hexagonal micro disk composite were successfully synthesized through a simple hydrothermal route and this composite was used as the gas-sing material for the fabrication of NO2 gas sensor. The gas sensing properties of the NiO-ZnO composite based gas sensor at different working temperatures to NO2 gas were monitored. The maximum gas response and optimal working temperature were recorded. The tested results demonstrate that the NiO-ZnO composite based gas sensor displays the excellent gas response property for the NO2 gas, which may exhibit potential in NO2 detection.
