Atom-surface interaction potential for 4He-NaCl(001) system:: a modified pairwise close-coupling calculation

摘要
In the framework of the microscopic pairwise theory, a new process of parameter selection for the atom-surface interaction potential of He-4-NaCl(001) system is proposed. The resulting interaction potential shows a strong theoretical support to the recent experimental evidence for a deep bound-state level at -7.07 meV [Benedek et al., Surf. Sci. 381 (1997) L540].
