Paper is a typical kind of capillary porous media. By using the heat and mass transfer theory of capillary porous media's phase change, the paper analyzed the process of electromagnetic drying. The mathematical model of paper electromagnetic drying was established. It proved by the experiments that the numerical simulation results were in agreement with the corresponding values of experiment, which shows that the model and numerical calculations method proposed in this paper were reliable.
