摘要
In the ball training of the colleges, the question of how sport psychology affects the performance of the training was highly debated. While some researchers have identified sport psychology can improve the quality of the training, others insist that sport psychology was shown helpless in the training of some sports items. Against this background, the purpose of the present study was to investigate the influence of sport psychology to the performance of the ball training in the colleges. A study was conducted with 122 undergraduate students to investigate how sport psychology affects the performance of the ball training. Two aspects of effect were examined: positive reactions and negative reactions to the quality of the training. The design was a correlational prospective design. The findings suggest that sport psychology can significantly improve the performance of the ball training especially with a new training task.
