摘要
Elevator accidents caused by elevator brake failure are particularly serious. The system evaluation of the brake system is the basis and premise of elevator safety management and scientific decision-making. In this paper, the fishbone diagram method is used to analyze and classify the problems of the elevator braking system, and obtain the risk distribution of the elevator braking system in the four dimensions of design, manufacture, installation, use, and maintenance. Using the analytic hierarchy process, the weight coefficients of each factor in the four dimensions of the elevator braking system are obtained, and the elevator braking system evaluation model is established. The specific measures for the hierarchical management of the hidden dangers of the braking system are put forward, which lays the foundation for the systematic scientific decision-making of the elevator braking system and the improvement of elevator quality and management service level.
