摘要
Combining with the situation of the engineering education in China, the paper puts forward a new paradigm for the engineering education by analyzing the effects on the engineering education caused by the model of knowledge transfer based on Socialization Externalization Combination Internalization(SECI for short). The new paradigm includes four parts: subject-oriented learning method of transformation between tacit knowledge, simulation-oriented learning method of transformation from tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, seminar-oriented learning method of transformation between explicit knowledge, fieldwork-oriented learning method of transformation from explicit knowledge into tacit knowledge.
