摘要
A cooling fan on electric locomotive was designed based on one-dimensional calculation and three-dimensional numerical simulation. Three-dimensional model was presented based on the one-dimensional calculation. Numerical simulation and thorough analysis were carried out on the blower with software NUMECA, which was used for turbomachine. The performance experiment of the improved blower was studied. The experimental data shows that the performance of the optimized axial cooling fan is better than the original one. Especially the melioration of the efficiency and noises. The inlet and outlet flow field is much steady.
