摘要
The article is dealing with process of contemporary work transition and its reflections on engineers' identity formation. Although work was comprehended in a terms of stable patern durring the most part of XX century, recently it has been subjected to the process of continual transition and change. Consequently, it has implied need to broaden the scope of engineers' identity formation process and to re-examine the meaning of their social role.
