摘要：

Goal orientation theory: a social-cognitive approach to the study of achievement motivation and behavioral. There are two predominant goals or bases of subjective success in achievement situations. Namely task and ego orientation. These two-goal orientation relate to the way in which individuals judge their level of competence.
