摘要
Touch is an understudied channel of emotional communication that is important for children's development. This study will examine connection and intensity of mother-child touch in typically-developing 9-year-old children matched with children with clinically-significant behaviour problems. For children with behaviour problems, disconnected touch is expected to be more intense, and connected touch less intense, than for children without behaviour problems.
