摘要：

Although its beginnings action research was presented as a viable methodological alternative, even now it has not emerged as a common practice. This paper reviews the research-action beginnings as a distinct method of research in Romania and how it is currently used in the social sciences, by review the contributions of the founders of this method (in interwar period) and those who practice this way of research today.
