摘要
Single-mode micro-laser plays an important role in optoelectronic applications, such as photonic integration, optical communication and biological detection. Reducing cavity size is a facile method to operate single-mode but it is along with some problems such as heavy optical loss, high threshold and low-quality factor. In this work, proper sized single crystal CsPbBr3 microdisks with excellent morphology and high stability was synthesized and selected to obtain the single-mode lasing. Furthermore, surface plasmon of detachable Pt nanoparticles (NPs) was introduced on the microcavity to improve the lasing performance. Low threshold (-133.9 mu J/cm2) and high quality (Q) factor (-3950) of the CsPbBr3 single-mode micro-laser were realized through plasmon coupling.
