摘要
The article presents the results of experimental studies aimed at the determination of conditions and modes of action by high-intensity ultrasonic vibrations for the acceleration of drying process of the textile materials at high-speed flow of drying agent. To carry out studies it was developed special purpose stand with the radiator of ultrasonic vibrations, which is able to generate vibrations with the intensity of 150 dB at the frequency of more than 20 kHz in the drying zone, and measuring equipment, which controls changes of moisture content depending on time at different temperatures, flow speeds and modes of ultrasonic action. The results studies showed the possibilities of 1.5-fold acceleration of drying of the textile materials of low density (less than 300 g/m(2)) at the action by non-resonance gas gap and 3-fold acceleration of drying process of high-density fabrics (more than 300 g/m(2)) at the action without gas gap, when the fabric is placed on the surface of the radiator.
