摘要
Two typical cutterheads (panel-type and spoke-type) of shield machine are analyzed to investigate the influence of the structures on the mechanical properties when shield tunneling machines work in the same environment with the same tunneling parameters. 3D FEM model is established to model the tunnel excavation, in which the dynamic effect of cutterhead structures is considered during the analysis. The extended Drucker-Prager elasto-plastic model is selected for the soil concerning its material nonlinearity, and soil cutting including cutting scrap formation and cutting scrap separation is simulated by using the progressive damage and failure rules, which contain element-deletion function. Finally comparisons based on the numerical simulation results are drawn between the stiffness, strength and weight of the two typical cutterheads under normal working conditions. The results of the simulation provide helpful and useful information for the optimization of topological structure of the cutterheads in manufactural engineering and the selection of the shield machine type in practical engineering.
