摘要
Through investigating vendors in Xi'an Software Park with English partners in the past three years, this paper analyzes the effect of boundary spanning to trust, cultural knowledge and knowledge sharing on offshore IS outsourcing and sets up a theoretical model of boundary spanning, trust and cultural knowledge. The authors use case study and the implication of this paper is that boundary spanning has effective effects on cultural knowledge and trust between clients and vendors. Boundary spanning promotes knowledge sharing across organizational boundaries.
