摘要
This article analyzes the influence that the technical, scientific and operational advances in the field of landscape have had during the last twenty years in the management of cultural heritage through its incorporation in the sectoral legislation of the different autonomous communities. To this end, three areas of convergence between heritage and landscape (conceptual, material and symbolic) and their reflection in current legislation through the different management instruments that are incorporated in each case are established. It is concluded that methodological and practical advances are being made in the integration of the landscape dimension in patrimonial management, although there are also important shortcomings that open up new possibilities and challenges for the future.
