摘要
In this paper, PbS/SnS2 nanocomposite (NC) was prepared by a simple chemical method for gas sensing applications. The sensing performances of the sensor were examined at room temperature for the first time. The PbS/SnS2 based sensor response was investigated to different gases like ethanol vapor, methane, acetone vapor, methanol vapor, CO and CO2. This sensor showed a good response to ethanol vapor in 100 ppm concentration mixed with air. Also, its detectable concentration is about 60 to 800 ppm.
