摘要
It is demonstrated that HSQC gives considerably simpler multiplets than HMQC, allowing precise extraction of proton-proton coupling constants. Application of a spin-locking pulse prior to acquisition yields pure-phase C-13 decoupled multiplets. The combined use of coupled and refocused HSQC allows second-order structure of the proton multiplets to be avoided in favourable cases. (C) 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
