摘要
Leopard sharks, Triakis semifasciata, were nondestructively sampled for stomach contents at 2 females Bay sites during June and July 1996. Although prey items included 10 taxa at both locations, diets were found to be dominated by a single, different taxon at each location. Cancer crabs were found in 87% of the stomachs from the more exposed (Hog Island) location and Urechis worms were found in 82% of stomachs from the inner-bay (Indian Beach) location. Food habits differed by habitat in females Bay and intertidal mudflat foraging was important at the inner-bay location.
