摘要
the availability of rotating machines is a crucial factor in their quality. They require organized maintenance operations based on observed facts, measurements for diagnostics, in particular vibration, management and sometimes a need for modifications. In recent years, an entirely new vibration measurement technology has been developed to ensure the control and monitoring of modern high-speed, high-performance machines. The use of piezoelectric accelerometers to convert vibratory movements into electrical signals makes it possible to perform measurement and vibration analysis skillfully using the extensive possibilities of electronics. Computerized data collectors have given considerable boost to the periodic monitoring of rotating machines. The aim is to detect and monitor the evolution of all the mechanical or electrical failures most commonly encountered in the industry. In this work, we intend to study the dynamic behavior of large-scale strategic equipment located in the firing zone of a cement plant, it is the industrial fume extraction fan. SolidWorks simulation software is used. We model and operate with the simulation of a part of the system: set treeturbine double body. In parallel, we studied the vibratory behavior of the whole kinematic system. We have programmed the vibration measurement points through all of the bearings using XPR 300 vibration analysis software, then we take vibration measurements with a collector Two-way computerized data system called MOVIPACK. The spectral interpretation makes it possible to detect the presence of several mechanical defects (imbalance defect, misalignment, etc.) which have produced the appearance of a play on the bearing surfaces. Simulation results are obtained. We consider: -Failures that occur during operation of the machine -The set of measurable data such as vibration levels and spectra Associated, -Relevant mathematical tools such as theoretical simulation of failures, Analysis of the analytical and numerical model, determination of frequencies Clean... The objective is to develop methods adapted to each case of failure. The results of the simulation obtained are those of the experiment.
