A XML-based data communication solution for program mining

摘要
This paper first discusses Program Mining, a new computing paradigm to achieve computing-on-demand in network environments. The basic idea of Program Mining is making use of several task-specific software agents, analyzing user's requests for computing, searching and retrieving candidates from online component repositories, composing and reassembling them to form programs to achieve computing on demand. XML is the standard format for data exchange between applications on the Internet. In the implementation of program mining, we have developed a XML messaging based dynamic agent infrastructure, which applies XML to specify the messages among mobile agents and define their tasks and access rights, to support multi-agent cooperation for program mining.
