摘要：

First dose plasma concentrations (Cpl) of GE in neonates during the first week of life seem to be predictive of steady state Cpl in those without co-variates significantly modifying pharmacokinetics (PK) of GE such as water retention (systemic capillary leak syndrome) and furosemide given as a bolus dose > 1mg/kg BW or continuous i. v. infusion.
