摘要
The concentrations of n-alkanes and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were determined in aerosol samples collected at a rural sampling site in Hungary. For the n-alkanes the chromatographic profile was established and the average carbon number and the carbon preference index were calculated. An attempt was made to reveal the seasonal variations of the concentrations as well as to devise the origin of atmospheric aerosol samples. The results raised several questions yet to be accounted for by further investigations.
