Research on Catalytic Activity of Modified SBA-15 Catalyst for Hydrodesulfurization and Hydrodenitrogenation of AATO Fraction

摘要
The Co-Mo/SBA-15 and Ni-Mo/SBA-15 catalysts were synthesized by the wetness impregnation with SBA-15 mesoporous sieve as carrier. The samples were characterized by XRD, BET, TPD, SEM. The activities of Co-Mo/SBA-15, Ni-Mo/SBA-15 were evaluated by using model Anthracene Oil (AATO) in a high-pressure hydrocracking assessment reactor. The results showed that the metal carried SBA-15 molecular sieve still had highly ordered two-diemensional hexagonal mesoporous structure. The metal grain highly dispersed in SBA-15. When the atomic ratio of Co/Mo was 0.75, and Ni/Mo was 1.00, the Metal-Mo/SBA-15 (M=Co,Ni) catalyst had the highest activity of hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation. Experimental results show that the Co-Mo/SBA-15 catalyst had higher catalytic performance than Ni-Mo/SBA-15, under the condition that a reaction temperature of 380 degrees C, a reaction pressure of 5 Mpa and a hydrogen/oil ratio of 600, the maximum HDS rate reached 94.07%, and the maximum HDN rate reached 71.94%.
