摘要：

This paper presents its experience in organizing and conducting the Program Continuous Training Program in pre-university education "Educatia XXI" having as a provider University Petru Maior of Tg.Mures- the Training Department of Teaching staff. We showed mainly the study of impact of the Program "Educatia XXI" edition 2004-2008 and the analyze of need made in the target group(teachers of different specialties, engineers, IT specialists for substantiation of the program on the period 2008-2012
