摘要
Today the study of pipeline leaking monitoring and positioning based on the Internet of things has become one of the most important topics about current wisdom urban construction. This article will introduce a water pipeline network management system which has hierarchical structure in the Windows XP Operating System. The pipeline leaking monitoring management system is designed by PHP programming and MySQL database management. Here is the design method about the system.
