摘要
For the first time, a technological process for drying and gasoline processing has been carried out by the analytical method of continuous adsorption using activated carbon. At a pilot plant gas was also separated into individual hydrocarbons, narrow hydrocarbon fractions, in which this process is usually carried out at specially constructed gas fractionation units in a gas processing plant. It is known that certain hydrocarbon gases are widely used in chemical and other industries. Considering the rate of increase in the natural and associated petroleum gas, production a highly efficient technology is required for extracting target (C-2-C-5>) hydrocarbon components from it, which are significantly valued in world markets. In this direction, natural and associated petroleum gases produced from gas condensate and oil gas fields differ from conventional gas fields in that they contain 94-96% methane. The composition of associated petroleum gases differs sharply from other gases in the significant content of ethane, propane, butane and higher hydrocarbons in the amount of up to 50%. The article presents the results of laboratory researches on an experimental pilot plant to study the effect of temperature and specific consumption of the adsorbent on the degree of extraction of moisture, propane, butane and gasoline hydrocarbons from natural and associated petroleum gas in the through upward adsorbent flow. It should be noted that in gas producing countries there are acute issues with the aim of its preparation, drying and processing of natural or associated petroleum gas for transportation to the consumer
