摘要：

Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) in the presence of a mechanical mitral valve (MMV) prosthesis is challenging due to the stiff mitral cage in the boundaries of the aorto-mitral curtain. We describe the technique for TAVR using the ACURATE-neo (TM) aortic bioprosthesis in a patient with a MMV prosthesis.
