摘要
This paper presents a d-q transformation theory based mathematical model of five phase induction motor drive system. The control of drive is implemented using V/f control. This control methodology is capable to vary the speed of machine by controlling the frequency and amplitude of the stator voltage, such that the ratio of stator voltage to frequency keeps remains constant. This control for five-phase IM drive implemented in MATLAB, and simulation results reflect the validity of open-loop V/f control for 5-phase IM drive.
