摘要
We have proposed microbolometer sensor coupled with H-shaped fractal antenna. Firstly we have designed the H-shaped fractal antenna by the approximate formula and finite element method (FEM) simulation. Then, we have fabricated microbolometer sensor and measured the characteristics of H-shaped fractal antenna. From the transmission measurement, we could successfully confirm the absorption peaks in both the infrared and THz regions near designed frequencies. It shows that our microbolometer sensor based on the H-shaped fractal antenna is considered as a useful tool for widely separated multibands detection.
