摘要
No Class I or Class II medical evidence addressing the management of patients with isolated atlas fractures was identified. Class III medical evidence on this topic from case series and case reports supports several treatment strategies for patients with acute isolated fractures of the atlas. One study addressing quality-of-life issues has been published. © 2013 by the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
