摘要
In this paper a turbine blade's curved profile and its platform are machined in the three-electrode feeding electrochemical machining. In the twisted inter-electrode gap there is a complicated electrochemical reaction coupled with multi-field. The electrolyte flow mode plays an important role in blade's shaping quality. To improve the surface accuracy of the blade, the electrolyte flow mode has been optimized. The distributions of main flow parameters are analyzed and simulated with ANSYS. Moreover the verification experiments are carried out and results have proved that the optimal flow mode is reasonable and the accuracy of the blade is improved.
