摘要：
Because of the potential problems in traditional theory about the investment decision of real estate, the option-game theory is studied in the paper. Under the condition of the information incompleteness, the theory is applied to the investment decision of enterprise in brief. The paper puts forward option-game idea about the investment decision of real estate, which explains the math hypothesis of random variables primarily. It offers theoretical backup about quantity analysis to insure the science and rationality of project investment decision.
