摘要
Atomic transport properties like self diffusion coefficient (D) and viscosity coefficient (eta) of 3d liquid transition metals are reported in the present study. We have used scaling law proposed by Dzugutov, which shows the relationship between the excess entropy and transport properties of liquids. The Pair distribution functions g(r) are calculated form Percus-Yevick hard sphere structure factor S(q). Lastly we conclude that application of our model potential along with Percus-Yevick hard sphere reference system in the present study definitely adds new contribution to understand the atomic transport properties of 3d transition metals in liquid state.
