摘要：

Law 8/2021, of June 4, on the Comprehensive Protection of Children and adolescents against violence, contemplates in Title I a catalog of the rights of children and adolescents who are victims of violence, as a human group, especially vulnerable, following both international and national regulations, to provide this group with different legal instruments and mechanisms, with the aim of providing them with comprehensive protection that respects these rights.
