High-Temperature Cubic Phase of the Paratellurite TeO2

摘要
For the first time a high-temperature cubic phase of the tellurium dioxide from the glassy state has been synthesized. According to X-ray data at Cu K-alpha-radiation and room temperature the parameters of the elementary cubic cell are: a = 9.716 +/- 0.005 angstrom, Z = 16. Possible space symmetry groups are O-H(7) -> Fd3m or O-H(8) -> Fd3c.
