摘要：

In order to solve contradictions in employment for college students and enterprises' recruitment, universities and enterprises need to improve the quality of personnel training, and change personnel training mode. This paper takes the example of Business College of Huzhou University, and discusses discipline competition of university-enterprise cooperation interactive mechanism, i.e. Through the establishment of interactive platform labs between universities and enterprises, and giving full play in core sections of periods of training session, discipline competition, and internship employment, and achieving tripartite wins among students, enterprises, and universities.
