摘要
High voltage electrical injuries in children are rare. They produce severe internal damage to limbs resulting in a high incidence of amputation. Early, aggressive serial debridement ensures adequate removal of dead tissue. Flap coverage to defects is necessary. Secondary surgery is common, and delayed sequelae such as tendon rupture should be expected. (c) 2004 Elsevier Ltd and ISBI. All rights reserved.
