摘要
The title compound, [ Cd( NO3)(2)( C9H12N4)(2)] n, has a onedimensional double- bridged chain polymer structure with a 16- membered macrometallacyclic tetragonal structural motif. The Cd-II ion occupies a crystallographic inversion centre and is coordinated by four equatorial N atoms from four distinct bis( 2- methylimidazol- 1- y1) methane ligands and two apical nitrate O atoms to form a slightly distorted octahedral coordination geometry.
