Hot-Water Epilepsy Two Cases of a Rare Form of Reflex Epilepsy

We report on 2 young patients of Turkish origin who experienced during the preceding years complex-focal epileptic episodes while taking showers. During exploration these seizures could be evoked by hot water supporting the diagnosis of a "hot-water" reflex epilepsy. Both patients were successfully treated with anticonvulsants.
