摘要
This work proposes UWB common gate low-noise amplifier in 0.13 mu m CMOS process with improved noise figure and linearity. Dominant source of noise contributed by input transistor is vanished by two transistor connected at its drain and source terminals. The proposed LNA achieves 1.6 - 2.8dB of Noise Figure and a 16.4dBm IIP3 while exhausting 3.4mW from 1.2V supply. Signal is amplified with a gain of 16.6dB. This study clearly manifests a simple and effective method to design of LNA with stability factor greater than 13.5 and return loss higher than 14dB.
