Investigation of structure and properties of the Co58Ni10Fe5B16Si11 coatings produced by plasma spraying onto an aluminum substrate

摘要
The amorphous ribbon produced from the 71KNSR alloy was studied by thermal analysis in initial state, after annealing. after milling. and as a coating separated from substrate. The coating was produced by plasma spraying of the powder obtained by milling of the ribbon. As compared to thermal-analysis curves of the initial ribbon. the curve of the coating exhibits the following features: the region of supercooled liquid is absent: the relationship between the intensities of the exothermic peaks of crystallization changes; the crystallization temperature decreases by 6 degrees C; and the enthalpy of the first stage of crystallization decreases from 89 to 81 mJ/mg.
