摘要：
Nowadays the development of higher education management is subject to the restrictions of educational ideas, educational and teaching systems, teaching management and faculties and has hardly adapted to social needs. This paper present some way out and measures for innovation in higher education. Based on the analysis of restriction factors of innovation in higher education of new age, it find that ideological innovation in higher education along with reform on current personnel management mechanism in colleges and universities and enhancement of faculty team construction are needed to adapt to demands of social development.
