摘要
Modern power systems highly rely on information and communication technologies and become more prone to cyber-attacks. As a typical cyber-attack,a false data injection attack aims at manipulating the power system state estimation procedure by injecting malicious data into the meters. In this paper, the countermeasure against false data injection attacks based on Protecting measurements is discussed. Aiming at attacking one arbitrary specific measurement, the classic attack model is transformed to basis pursuit, which is computed by the alternating direction method of multipliers algorithm. Simulation. results reveal that the calculation efficiency of the alternating direction method of multipliers algorithm is higher than classic linear programming method. In addition, indexes V-k and R-k are proposed, which can describe the ability of a power system to against false data injection attacks and global perspectives, defend from the local and global perspectives, respectively. Finally, the countermeasure, which is solved via the importance index. l(k), is proposed based on the indexes V-k and R-k. It is shown that the proposed countermeasure can eliminate the vulnerable points as well as improve the robustness of a power system to defend against false data injection attacks. Hence, our analysis provides an in-depth insight on effective attack Prevention from local and global Perspectives.
