摘要：

It is necessary to adjust management manner of the power grid enterprise and enhance its market competitiveness now. Therefore, in this thesis, based on current conditions of electric power system reform and characters of this industry, we bring the activity-based costing into power grid enterprises to establish an activity-based costing calculation model for power grid operation, and we hope that it will be helpful for decision makers.
